Accounts Receivable Technician

Duties and Responsibilities
- Process monthly billing for work in progress;
- Track costs by project for rebilling;
- Ensure invoices are sent by email or mail;
- Manage client accounts (follow up by email and phone on unpaid invoices);
- Correct invoices issued (as needed);
- Ensure collection of all payments;
- Prepare deposit slips and make bank deposits;
- Prepare various reports as needed;
- Any other related duties.
Candidate Profile
Education/experience/certification/knowledge
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant accounting experience;
- College diploma (DEC) or Attestation of College Studies (AEC) in accounting
Required skills and abilities
- Entrepreneurial mindset;
- Very good knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Word;
- Knowledge of the following software is an asset: Quickbooks, Acomba, Shopify;
- Bilingualism required: French/English;
- Good understanding of the accounting cycle;
- Good stress management;
- Independence and resourcefulness.
Working Conditions
- Work schedule: 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday;
- 40 hours/week;
- Flexible hours, starting between 7 a.m. and 9 a.m. and ending between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m.;
- Hybrid remote work: 3 days at the Vaudreuil office and 2 days at home;
- Three (3) weeks of vacation;
- Annual performance and salary review;
- Group insurance plan in development;

- Salary based on experience.
