Architecte intermédiaire — Conception architecturale & design intérieur
Vaudreuil-Dorion
CMPG is a growing multidisciplinary firm bringing architecture, design, and construction together under one roof. We create custom spaces that are warm, functional, and beautiful, with a human, collaborative approach.
We are looking for an intermediate architect with at least 5 years of experience who wants to grow in an environment where creativity, efficiency, and quality of client service are essential.
Main responsibilities:
- Design and develop residential and commercial projects (from sketches to technical drawings)
- Take part in creative workshops and client meetings
- Produce 3D models (SketchUp, Revit)
- Prepare plans, technical details, elevations, and engineering coordination
- Ensure compliance with standards, building codes, and municipal requirements
- Work closely with the design and construction team in a multidisciplinary setting
Requirements:
- University degree in architecture
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Strong command of Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp
- Solid design skills
- Ability to manage several projects at once
- Proactive, independent, thorough attitude
- Strong interpersonal skills and a natural team player
- Portfolio showing strong aesthetic sense and a variety of projects
Assets:
- Interest in interior design
- Knowledge of the National Building Code / Quebec Construction Code
- Experience with renovation and high-end residential projects
- Experience with commercial or corporate projects
