Initial Meeting

The purpose of this meeting is to clearly identify your needs and expectations for your project. We will take the time to discuss the projected timeline and the budget allocated to the work.

Service Proposal

At this point, we can send you a service proposal outlining the scope of the mandate along with an estimate of our professional fees.

Kickoff Meeting

It is during the programming meeting that the word custom truly comes to life. Through in-depth questions, we will pin down your specific needs in terms of style and function.

Measurements

For a renovation project, our team will visit the site to measure the existing space. For new construction or an addition, a surveyor’s services may be required at this stage.

Design

Once measurements are complete, the exciting part begins. Our team of architecture and interior design professionals will work together to develop the architectural and interior layout plans.

Revision

After presenting the preliminary plans, we will revise them to incorporate your feedback and prepare everything for a building permit application.

Execution

If you choose our full service including project management, your dedicated project manager will ensure construction runs smoothly and stays true to the concepts established at the start of the project. Their role also includes cost control, schedule management, subcontractor coordination, and quality control.
