On a beautiful wooded lot in Saint-Lazare, we took charge of the architecture, interior design, and construction of this elegant farmhouse-style home. Built around three distinct zones, it perfectly balances family functionality, privacy, and aesthetics.

The open, cathedral-ceilinged area is the heart of the home. Flooded with natural light, it combines solid wood beams, a stone fireplace, and a large, welcoming kitchen designed for entertaining: a generous island, built-in appliances, custom china cabinet, and a bar area framed by arches.

Behind the living room lies the parents’ retreat: a cozy bedroom where the fireplace masonry continues, a practical walk-in closet, and a spa-worthy bathroom with a centred tub, large shower, and elegant fixtures.

The last zone is dedicated to the children, with a mudroom, bedrooms, bathroom, and a play area built into the upper floor. A space designed to grow with them.
