Job Description
In collaboration with the company’s owners, the role holder will be responsible for managing and directing the company’s financial activities, ensuring long-term financial viability, and providing strategic advice to management. Several growing companies are part of the group that will fall under the responsibility of the Director of Finance, including Petit Brule Ferme Ecologique, CMPG Design Construction, Deneigement PB, Entretien PB, CINQ Immobilier, and others.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company’s growth;
- Direct accounting, tax, and financial reporting activities;
- Manage relationships with financial institutions;
- Oversee budgeting and financial forecasting activities;
- Analyze financial performance and prepare reports for management;
- Ensure tax compliance and adherence to accounting standards;
- Foster a rigorous financial culture within the company;
- Direct the resources within the finance department.
Candidate Profile
Education/experience/certification/knowledge
- University degree in accounting or equivalent;
- 10 years of accounting experience;
- CPA designation is an asset;
- Proficiency with MS Office software, including advanced proficiency in Excel.

Working Conditions
- Work schedule: 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday;
- Work location: Vaudreuil-Dorion (hybrid remote and in-person);
